Callida’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) demonstrates our commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse organisation that is always expanding our cultural awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
We do this by continually administering our business and investing time for our people to contribute to Australia’s reconciliation journey. Two key actions within our RAP are:
- To improve employment outcomes by increasing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander recruitment, retention and professional development.
- To increase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander supplier diversity to support improved economic and social outcomes.
