Our client engaged Callida to assist in the development of a comprehensive Information Management strategy to drive reform of workplace practices, and embedding of enterprise analytics and digitisation.


Once the strategy was delivered, Callida consultants designed and managed the implementation of the information management reform program of change across the Department. This included defining the future operating model, in the context of information management and digital transformation, and supporting the integration of the Information Management capability into the service delivery model.


The success of the program was recognised by the Department by awarding the project team with a Secretary’s Award.

Key achievements included:

  • Established the Information Management program.
  • Successfully delivered the Integrated New Policy and Costing Tracker.
  • Re-platformed the Department website and transitioned it to a Cloud-Based provision model.
  • Supported the establishment of the Department’s Electronic Document Records Management initiative.
  • Project managed the re-platforming of the Executive Management reporting system to the enterprise information management platform.
